Yes they will. Both the Ducks and the Coyotes are all around better. They may not have that offensive punch but their defense and goaltending is way stronger. As well as having strong coaching.


I'd temper your expectations on Raymond, although I've always felt he's best suited for the east. He plays well in meaningless games, but when things start to get physical, like the playoffs, he non existent. Will only play on the perimeter. Good on the pk and can chip in 15-25 goals depending on the situation. Get's hot and cold.

Only two teams have finished in the top 6 of the NHL the last two years running. Penguins and Blues. Why do you expect Blues; suddenly having a much easier division, to drop to 5th in the West?

Mason Raymond will never go to the net, never dig out of corners and never fight along the boards. He has an average shot, slightly above average speed but nothing ever comes of it.

He will disappoint.

He has a spin-a-rama move in the Shootout that looks great! And he gets it once of 5 tries.

he does not play special teams.......... pass him by folks. Nothing to see here.
